The client is a global logistics company. The application landscape was very heterogeneous with different operational application systems supporting core processes of business units. A single SAP Finance system supported all finance processes in the organization. Significant challenges due to sub-optimal SAP implementation and limited expertise of IT support staff and consultants. Business users had significant challenges to get accurate financial reporting and operational inefficiencies.

We were engaged initially to “rescue” the SAP implementation by providing advisory/SPOT consulting for key challenge areas. After having delivered successfully in these areas, our engagement services were increased as a key execution partner for all new projects/initiatives. Finally, all support services (Functional and Technical) were also outsourced to us. Through this turnaround, we helped client achieve high degree of user satisfaction on its SAP Implementation and at the same time reduced budget by over 30%.
