  • Root cause analysis of incidents with appropriate resolutions to stabilize ERP foundation and reduce incidents by over 50% in 3 months
  • Improve user satisfaction through tailored Education and Training in all functional areas (Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance)
