The Client is a Consumer Goods company with a global presence with Wholesale, E-Commerce and Retail segments of business. The biggest challenge was to get a comprehensive 360-Degree view of customer and associated analytics. The Customer Data Warehouse had significant challenges to gain customer trust and loyalty due to its inability to present a complete view of the customer. What was needed was to Empower business with single view of the truth.

The key requirement was to have a robust, scalable and cost-effective MDM solution that could integrate real-time and historic data with back-end systems to detect behavior and respond in real time based on complete view of the customer. We assisted the client by first evaluating current BI landscape including Customer Data Warehouse and integration to all other Source systems feeding the data to understand the key challenges to be addressed. We further assisted in evaluating leading MDM solutions and finally influenced the decision to select an Open Source MDM solution (Subscription Version with Professional Support).
This resulted in MDM implementation being completed within 4 months and cost savings of over 50% over other proprietary MDM solutions.
