The client is a leading automaker. The systems implementation supporting the service parts business was in jeopardy with significant delays and cost overruns.  The project had been ongoing since past 3+ years with only 6 months remaining before go-live date. The automation of critical business processes of order fulfillment and outbound shipping were significantly behind schedule and running into performance issues.  Furthermore, the complex data migration of legacy systems to ERP system was also significantly behind schedule. In general, ERP implementation of most business areas were lagging behind schedule.

We were engaged in a SPOT Consulting/Rescue role to address the key challenges highlighted above. Our highly skilled functional and technical resources were able to resolve these challenges before the planned go-live date. The client recognized the contributions and chose us as the exclusive execution partner to provide end-to-end post-implementation support services. We continued to provide Support Services for 5+ years. Finally, we acted as trusted advisory and execution partner to help client with their strategic systems consolidation initiatives.
